1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Jhanzou Store website (“Site”) and purchasing any products (“Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or purchase any Products.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Site. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features or make purchases, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

4. Products & Fulfillment

All physical Products, unless otherwise stated, are printed and shipped by a trusted third-party print provider. This means each item is made just for you once your order is placed.

We strive to keep everything as close to the original artwork as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on your display settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in appearance may occur between the image shown and the physical item delivered.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Product at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of any Product.

5. Orders, Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.

Payment is securely processed through our trusted payment providers. We do not store your full payment card information.

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to unavailable products, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled after payment has been received, you will be issued a full refund to your original payment method.

Prices may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we do not take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Orders are made to order and typically take a few days to process before shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

7. Returns & Refunds

Most products sold on the Site are made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or accidental purchases. Certain products, including partner collaborations, limited releases, or special collections, may have different return terms, which will be stated on the applicable product page.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@jhanzou.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, artwork, software, and the overall look and feel, is the exclusive property of Jhanzou Store or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The JHANZOU name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Jhanzou Store. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. The purchase of a physical Product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the design or artwork on the Product.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any other systems or networks
  • Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users, or impersonate any person or entity
  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the Site at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JHANZOU STORE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

  • Your use or inability to use the Site or any Products
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to Jhanzou Store in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. Dollars ($100.00).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jhanzou Store and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Site or Products
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

13. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Jhanzou Store. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access third-party links at your own risk.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be:

  • First, attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting us at legal@jhanzou.shop
  • If unresolved after 30 days of good-faith negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Lagos Court of Arbitration
  • Arbitration shall take place in Lagos, Nigeria, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jhanzou Store regarding your use of the Site and purchase of Products, superseding any prior agreements.
